Hand-embroidered blouses, made stitch by stitch in Bangalore.
Every embroidery blouse at Akira begins with a design conversation — the occasion, the saree pairing, the placement — before a single stitch is placed. Thread, zari, mirror, or bead, the work is done by hand.

The difference is in the details most people never think to ask about.
Designed around your saree pairing
Embroidery colour, density, and pattern are chosen to complement your full look — not designed in isolation from the outfit you will wear.
Placement matters as much as the design
The same pattern looks completely different depending on neckline, sleeve placement, and back treatment. We make those decisions intentionally.
Every stitch is done by hand
Thread, zari, bead, or mirror work — the embroidery is hand-executed. The quality shows in person and in photographs.
Trial before you leave
Before final delivery, you try the blouse on. If the fit or finishing needs adjustment, that happens before you take it home.
The embroidery techniques we work in.
Different occasions and sarees call for different handwork. These are the techniques we specialise in — the designer helps you choose the right one at your consultation.

Questions we hear before an embroidery blouse order.
How much does hand embroidery blouse stitching cost in Bangalore?
At Akira Fashion Studio, hand embroidery blouses start from ₹2,500. The final price depends on the type of embroidery work (zari, thread, mirror, or bead), the density of the work, and the surface area covered. All-over embroidery costs more than neckline or border work.
How long does hand embroidery blouse stitching take?
Hand embroidery blouses take 2 to 4 weeks from the first consultation to delivery. The embroidery work itself takes 10 to 14 days. Add time for the trial fitting and any adjustments. For bridal orders, plan at least 6 weeks.
Can I bring my own design or reference image?
Yes. Bring reference images from Instagram, Pinterest, or photographs. The designer will discuss what is achievable on your specific fabric and suggest adjustments based on your saree pairing and occasion.
Do you work on customer-supplied fabric?
Yes. Most customers bring their own saree fabric or blouse piece. Akira also has fabric options available if needed. The design consultation works around the fabric you bring.
Is a trial fitting included for embroidery blouses?
Yes. Every embroidery blouse at Akira includes a trial fitting before final delivery. This ensures the fit, embroidery placement, and finishing are all correct before you take the blouse home.

I got two of my wedding lehenga blouses stitched from Akira Fashion Studio and they turned out absolutely perfect. The fit, detailing, and finishing were all amazing. They were always available, always understanding, and delivered everything right on time.
The stitching is super perfect and the handwork done as per my choice was beautiful. The overall service was quick considering the festive season. For big events where you don't want to take a risk, I think the work is really worth it.
